Support Packages Tailored To You

This is typically for organisations who have their own IT support department, who need to streamline their network, monitoring and management. Use our software to reduce system downtime, increase productivity and efficiency of your network support team.

This is for organisations who want system monitoring, maintenance and management in place but may have the staff in-house to perform any remedial works. If in-house expertise isn’t available, or the task is deemed too complicated you can call on assistance from our support team using a points system. Think of this like a Pay-as-you-go style of IT support, but with all the monitoring and proactive features included.

This is for organisations who want fixed cost IT support. You have the granularity to fix cost on your servers, PC’s and network devices. When we say fixed cost, that’s exactly what we mean! No mileage, no onsite fees, no callout charges and no hidden extras! Along with our fixed cost remedial and proactive engineer works, you get all the benefits of our Network Management and Monitoring System.

NETCARE Monitor

Netmetix has made a very significant investment in the world’s leading IT monitoring system, which provides our engineering team with a minutely detailed, real-time view of all the servers, PCs, network devices etc. that we are supporting for our clients.

Our NETCARE Monitor service makes this technology available to those clients who have their own in-house IT support team, without having to make the large investment themselves.

The monitors will provide pre-emptive alerts for a wide range of pending issues, including hard drives, memory, processors, patch levels, network ports and many, many more.

All information is viewable via a secure web portal or using our free apps for iPhone and iPad. Detailed reports are available for system health and availability, assets, software licence inventories, executive summaries etc.

NETCARE Monitor provides a powerful insight into the current health and status of your network and connected devices and allows you to focus your in-house IT resource where it is really needed.

NETCARE Monitor Essential

The NETCARE Monitor Essential service provides Professional monitoring agents for network servers and Essential agents and/or probes for all other network devices. 

The software agents are small software applications that are installed on the devices without compromising device or network security in any way.

The Professional agent provides detailed monitoring and reporting on every aspect of the device on which they are installed with time intervals down to 1 minute.

The Essential agent provides monitoring of the basic elements of the device including hard drives, processors, memory, patch status, network connectivity etc. with time intervals ranging from 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the device type being monitored.

NETCARE Monitor Professional

The NETCARE Monitor Professional service provides the full Professional monitoring agents for all devices.

The Professional agent provides detailed monitoring and reporting on every aspect of the device on which they are installed with time intervals down to 1 minute.

NETCARE FLEX

NETCARE FLEX is a flexible points based supplementary service to our primary NETCARE ProActive support packages and is intended to cover those occasional situations beyond the scope of the primary agreement.

FLEX points can be used for any service requirement this wouldn’t otherwise be covered by the NETCARE ProActive support agreement, either remote or on-site. FLEX points are pre-purchased in blocks of either 50, 100, 200 or 500 and are allocated against time at the following rates:

In addition to identified fault resolution, FLEX points can be used for a wide range of additional tasks including software installation, reconfiguration, implementation etc.

Additional points can be purchased as and if required at any time during the term of the agreement. Any unused points remaining at the end of the agreement term can be carried over to a renewed or new agreement.
